PFF Supply Chain (hereinafter, "the Platform") offers consulting services in foreign trade, including analytical design, monitoring, and auditing of global and integrated supply chains. The available tools allow for customs cost control, heavy cargo transport risk management, and time optimization at port terminals.
Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If the user does not agree with any provision, they must refrain from using the services. The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance by posting them on the website.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. It is prohibited to use the Platform for illegal purposes or contrary to applicable legislation on international trade and customs.
PFF Supply Chain commits to maintaining service availability with a monthly uptime of 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure events, or business decisions based on the analyses provided. The monitoring tools offer indicative data and do not replace the user's professional judgment.
Access to advanced features is subject to subscription plans. Generated data is owned by the user, while the Platform retains rights over the analytical methodology and algorithms used. Reverse engineering, mass data extraction, and unauthorized redistribution of content are not permitted.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Payments are processed through secure gateways. The user may cancel at any time, without penalty, effective at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused months. Any changes in fees will be notified 30 days in advance.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms, with prior email notification 7 business days in advance to remedy the breach, except in cases of fraudulent or illegal use where suspension will be immediate. The user may request the export of their data within 30 days following termination.
All intellectual property rights over the Platform, its design, content, and technology belong to PFF Supply Chain. The user obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service as stipulated in these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Plata, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
